Trade Show Schedule

The Trade Show floor was open to attendees during all conference times, with a focus on the times below:

Day 1, Wednesday, June 3rd

  • 12:00 PM — Trade Show floor soft open
  • 4:00 PM — Trade Show Spotlight and full open
  • 5:00 PM — Trade Show floor open

Day 2, Thursday, June 4th

  • 8:00 AM — Trade Show floor opens
  • 10:00 AM — Trade Show dedicated time
  • 12:00 PM — Lunch and networking
  • 2:15 PM — Trade Show dedicated time
  • 4:30 PM — Trade Show floor closes

Tips for Attendees

  • Plan your time: Check the schedule for spotlight and trade show times.
  • Go in with a goal: Pick 1–2 things you want to learn, compare, or solve.
  • Leave with next steps: Get a card, QR link, or follow-up contact for each useful conversation.

Tips for Exhibitors

  • Be ready at key times: Staff your booth before breaks, during trade show blocks, and after the spotlight.
  • Prepare a short spotlight pitch: Who you are, what problem you solve, and why attendees should visit your booth.
  • Bring one simple takeaway: QR code, one-pager, demo, or contact form.
